Module · HR

Your people, hired to retired.

HRMS is Compreo's human-resources and payroll module — one record per employee from the day you open a vacancy to the day they exit. It runs recruitment, onboarding, time & attendance, payroll, statutory compliance, performance and exit on a single record, so HR, finance and line managers all read the same number. It powers the Hire-to-Retire process end to end.

What it is

One employee record,
every step writes to it.

The people side of operations is where most ERPs leak. Headcount lives in one system, attendance in a biometric box, payroll in a spreadsheet, and statutory returns in a consultant's inbox — and none of them agree at month-end. HRMS keeps one employee master that every step writes to, so an approved leave, a shift change or a salary revision flows straight into the pay run without a re-key.

The Hire-to-Retire flow
Core objects it holds
  • Employee master — one record carrying job, grade, cost centre and reporting line.
  • Recruitment & onboarding — requisition to offer to joining, with documents captured once.
  • Time & attendance — shifts, rosters, leave and overtime, fed from biometric or portal punch.
  • Payroll & statutory — pay structures, deductions, PF/ESI/PT/TDS and compliant returns.
  • Performance & exit — appraisal cycles, goals, full-and-final settlement and clearance.
What it does

From a vacancy to a final settlement.

Each capability writes back to the same record — so the work done in one step never has to be re-entered in the next.

Recruitment & onboarding

Raise a manpower requisition against an approved position, track candidates to offer, and turn the accepted offer into a joined employee. Joining documents are captured once and reused everywhere downstream.

Time & attendance

Roster shifts, apply leave policy and capture punches from device or portal. Approved attendance and overtime become payroll inputs automatically — no separate sheet to reconcile.

Payroll & statutory

Run payroll off the same attendance and salary structures HR maintains. PF, ESI, PT and TDS are computed inline, and the period posts to FI as a single, traceable expense — no spreadsheet hand-off.

Performance & exit

Drive appraisal cycles against stated goals, then handle resignation, clearance and full-and-final settlement on the record you already hold. Exit closes the loop the requisition opened.

Which processes it powers

The system of record for everything
that touches an employee.

HR is the backbone of one cross-functional flow and feeds two of the people-facing portals.

The flow it runs

Hire-to-Retire

The full people lifecycle, run as one flow — from the requisition that opens a position to the final settlement that closes it.

It collaborates with:

HR Human Resources & Payroll FI Finance — payroll posting & statutory liabilities EP Employee Portal — leave, attendance & payslips FS Field-Sales Portal — attendance & claims in the field

Self-service runs through the Employee Portal, where staff apply for leave, view payslips and check attendance, and through the Field-Sales Portal, where field teams mark attendance and file expense claims without coming to office.

Outcomes
