Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 30 May 2026

This Accessibility Statement applies to the Compreo platform and its associated products, including the Customer Portal, Vendor Portal, Field-Sales Portal and the Compreo mobile applications (collectively, the Compreo Services), provided by Compreo Business Systems India Private Limited (referred to as Compreo, we, us or our), having its registered office at [registered office address], [city], India.

1. Our Commitment

Compreo is committed to ensuring that the Compreo Services are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability, technology or environment. We believe that accessible software is both a legal responsibility and a core principle of good product design, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time exercise. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards across our portals and mobile applications.

2. Conformance Target

Our conformance target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 AA is an internationally recognised benchmark that defines how to make digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with a wide range of disabilities. We design, build and test the Compreo Services with the goal of meeting this standard, and we measure new and revised features against it. Where full conformance has not yet been achieved, we treat the gap as a defect to be remediated.

3. Measures We Take

We embed accessibility into our design and engineering practices through a number of concrete measures, including:

  • Semantic markup — we use structured, standards-compliant HTML with appropriate landmarks, headings and ARIA roles so that content is meaningfully interpreted by assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard navigation — interactive elements across the Compreo Services are operable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or touch input.
  • Colour contrast — we aim to maintain text and interface contrast ratios that meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds for readability.
  • Visible focus states — focusable elements display a clear visual focus indicator so users can track their position on the screen.
  • Reduced-motion support — we honour the operating-system "reduce motion" preference and limit non-essential animation for users who are sensitive to motion.

These measures are supported by internal review during development and by periodic accessibility testing of our portals and mobile applications.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our ongoing efforts, some parts of the Compreo Services may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations may include certain complex data grids and reporting tables where keyboard navigation and screen-reader announcements are still being refined, some third-party or embedded components that we do not directly control, and legacy screens scheduled for redesign. We are actively tracking these issues and prioritising their remediation in our development roadmap. This list is not exhaustive, and we welcome reports of any barriers you encounter so that we can address them.

5. Compatibility

The Compreo Services are designed to be compatible with current versions of major web browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari, on desktop and mobile devices. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and we recommend using an up-to-date browser and operating system for the best and most accessible experience. The Compreo Services are intended to work with common assistive technologies, such as modern screen readers and screen magnifiers; however, accessibility may vary depending on the specific combination of browser, operating system and assistive technology in use. Compatibility with discontinued or significantly outdated browsers is not guaranteed.

6. Feedback & Contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information provided in an alternative format, please contact us at accessibility@compreo.ai, or write to our Accessibility Coordinator at [registered office address], [city], India, telephone [contact telephone number].
